Services

Top Tier Moving Group LLC is a licensed interstate broker that coordinates long-distance moves through our contracted carrier networks. We are not a motor carrier and do not transport household goods. All transportation services are performed by our vetted carrier partners.

Quotes and Pricing

Moving quotes are based on the information you provide and the space your belongings are estimated to occupy on the truck. Final pricing may be determined by the actual space used, the services requested, changes to inventory, access conditions, and other move-specific factors. We provide transparent estimates and work with you to improve their accuracy.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your inventory, pickup and delivery locations, access conditions, requested services, and moving dates. Changes or omissions may affect carrier availability, scheduling, and final pricing.

Carrier Relationship

The motor carrier assigned to your move is responsible for performing transportation services. The carrier's bill of lading, tariff, valuation election, and other transportation documents may contain additional terms that apply to the physical transportation of your goods.

Liability and Valuation

As a licensed broker, Top Tier Moving Group coordinates your move but does not physically transport goods. Our carrier partners maintain their own insurance and liability coverage. Available full replacement value and released value protection options are provided and administered in connection with the assigned carrier and applicable transportation documents. Review those options before your move and select the coverage appropriate for you.

Scheduling and Delivery

Pickup and delivery dates may be estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Timing can be affected by distance, weather, road conditions, carrier schedules, customer changes, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellation and Changes

You may cancel or modify your move by contacting us directly. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may vary based on timing, work already performed, your agreement, and carrier availability. Contact us promptly if your plans change.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of Top Tier Moving Group LLC or others.
