When you submit a quote request or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, moving origin and destination, move date, home or move size, inventory and service details, and the contents of your communications with us.

• Send marketing communications when permitted by law and consistent with your choices;

Calls, Text Messages, and TCPA Consent

When you provide your telephone number and affirmatively agree to a communications disclosure, you authorize Top Tier Moving Group LLC to contact you at that number about your quote request, moving services, and related offers. Communications may include calls and SMS or MMS text messages made or sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, other automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice, or a live representative.

Your consent applies to Top Tier Moving Group LLC and service providers acting on our behalf. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling the caller that you revoke consent, emailing customerservice@toptiermovinggroup.com, or calling (844) 713-1330. You may reply HELP for text-message assistance. We may send one non-marketing confirmation message after an opt-out request.

Email Communications

We may email you about your quote, requested services, and move coordination. Where permitted, we may also send marketing emails. You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not prevent transactional or service-related communications about an active request or move.

Information Sharing

We share moving details with contracted carrier networks and service providers solely as reasonably necessary to quote, coordinate, support, and fulfill your move; operate secure systems; communicate with you; or comply with law. Those parties may use information only for the services they perform or as otherwise permitted by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We do not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing without appropriate notice and consent.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including industry-standard encryption where appropriate. We use Google Firebase for secure data storage and transmission. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and purpose for which it was collected.
